About Smoking Shack
The dream of two BBQ-obsessed buddies from culinary school to have a restaurant of their own, comes true in the form of Smoking Shack.
Our shared love for meat and fire and a common dream was the perfect recipe for our first food truck together that started in 2022. Two years of being part of 200+ events, using thousands of kilos of meat in the process and feeding thousands of people, we are finally here.
Introducing Smoking Shack Restaurant, a new gourmet smokehouse specializing in slow-smoked high-end meats. We’re doing everything we did on the truck just on a much larger scale and so-so better!
We may have moved on from a Nomadic lifestyle but as they say you may leave the streets but the streets never leave you. Our truck that made “Smoking Shack” what it is will continue to serve every BBQ lover across the nation.
We love Smoked food, not just because it’s, well, ‘Smokey’ but also its history and tradition within so many cultures. We aim to put out only the richest and juiciest of meats in front of our patrons and give the best possible dining experience with the most affordable prices.
